When can the rooms be occupied and when should they be emptied?
Rooms can be occupied at 14:00 on the day of arrival the earliest. Of course, if guests arrive earlier, every other service is available for them. Please, empty your rooms before 11:00 on the day of departure. Of course, every other service is available for our guests on the day of departure. We provide left luggage service upon demand.

 

Do you accept holiday checks?
Yes, we accept holiday checks.

 

Which are the accepted ways of payment in the hotel?

In our hotel, you can pay with cash, holiday checks or bank card.

In case you pay with cash we can accept Hungarian Forint or Euro.

Accepted bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, EC/MC, Cirrus/Maestro, AMEX.

 

What are the amenities of the hotel rooms?

All rooms have minibar, TV-set, bathroom, hair-dryer, towels and safe, all rooms are air-conditioned and have internet access.

 

Are there smoking rooms in the hotel?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.

Can you provide small bed and high-chair for babies?
Yes, based on preliminary filing of the claim, our hotel can provide beds and bathtubs and high chairs for babies. If you have such claims, please consult our receptionist.

Do you provide bathrobes?

On demand, we provide a bathrobe free.

 

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is free in the private parking place of our hotel.

Is there a wireless internet service (WIFI) in the hotel?
Yes, in each room there is free wired internet and laptop connection possibility. If you have such claim, please, ask for help from the reception.

What is included in the half board?
Half board includes a buffet breakfast and buffet dinnerin our hotel.

Are pets accepted?

There are rooms designed to accept pets, with a fee of 5,000 HUF per night.
